This Privacy Policy applies to the Lynxbe Platform mobile application (iOS and Android), the Lynxbe web application, and the Lynxbe website (collectively, the "Services") operated by Lynxbe Ltd ("we", "our", or "us").

Lynxbe Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Lynxbe Platform application, visit our website, or use any of our services. Please read this policy carefully. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described herein.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account or are invited to the Lynxbe Platform, we collect:

• Full name and display name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Password (stored securely using bcrypt hashing)
• Profile photo (optional)
• Role and team assignment within your organization

2.2 Business Information

For business accounts on the Lynxbe Platform, we collect:

• Business name and contact details
• Business logo and branding assets
• WhatsApp Business Account credentials and tokens
• Communication channel configurations (WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, Email)
• Team structure and user assignments

2.3 Communication Data

When you use the Lynxbe Platform for business communications, we process:

• Messages sent and received through connected channels (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
• Call logs and recordings (when enabled by your business administrator)
• Customer contact information managed through the platform
• Conversation metadata (timestamps, read receipts, delivery status)
• Media files shared in conversations (images, documents, audio, video)

2.4 Usage and Analytics Data

We automatically collect certain information about how you use our Services:

• Device information (device model, operating system, app version)
• IP address and approximate location
• App usage patterns and feature interactions
• Performance data and crash reports
• Push notification token (for delivering notifications)

2.5 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our web application and website use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, maintain your session, and collect analytics data. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide the Service: Operate, maintain, and deliver the Lynxbe Platform features, including multi-channel communications, CRM, analytics, and automation
• Authentication: Verify your identity and manage access to your account and business workspace
• Notifications: Send you in-app notifications, push notifications, and email alerts related to your business activities
• Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance
• Analytics: Generate business analytics, dashboards, and reports for your organization
• Improvements: Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform's features and performance
• Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Compliance: Comply with legal obligations, including GDPR and data protection laws
• AI Features: Power AI-assisted features such as message suggestions, smart routing, and analytics insights (when enabled by your administrator)

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in these circumstances:

4.1 Within Your Organization

Information is shared within your business workspace as configured by your administrator, including conversations, customer data, and team activity visible according to permission settings.

4.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

4.5 Google API Services — Limited Use

When you connect a Google account to Lynxbe (for Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive/Docs/Sheets, Google Business Profile, Search Console, Google Ads, YouTube or Tasks), Lynxbe accesses that data only to provide the feature you connected it for. Lynxbe's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or transfer Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security, or to comply with law. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Integrations (which revokes the token and deletes stored credentials) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The detailed per-scope disclosure is in our application privacy policy §4.4.

5. Data Security

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption in transit: All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• Encryption at rest: Sensitive data (tokens, API keys, credentials) is encrypted using AES-256 before storage
• Password security: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with strong salt rounds
• Access controls: Role-based permissions with multi-tenant isolation ensure users only access their organization's data
• JWT authentication: Secure token-based authentication with short-lived access tokens
• Audit logging: All administrative actions are logged for security monitoring
• Regular security assessments: We conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

The Lynxbe Platform is a multi-tenant system. Each business organization's data is strictly isolated:

• All database queries are filtered by business identifier
• Users can only access data belonging to their organization
• Cross-tenant data access is technically prevented at the application and database level
• Business administrators control what data team members can access through granular permission settings

7. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request.
• Communication data: Retained according to your organization's retention policy. Business administrators can configure data retention periods.
• Audit logs: Retained for a minimum of 12 months for security and compliance purposes.
• Analytics data: Aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form.
• Backups: Encrypted backups are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information ("Right to be Forgotten")
• Portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing of your personal information
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Restrict Processing: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
• Notification Preferences: Control which notifications you receive through the app settings
• Push Notifications: Disable push notifications through your device settings at any time

9. Children's Privacy

The Lynxbe Platform is a business communication tool and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@lynxbe.co.il.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in the following regions:

• European Union (Frankfurt): Primary data hosting on AWS eu-central-1
• Ireland: Secondary infrastructure on AWS eu-west-1

All international data transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold
• Delete personal information held by us
• Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
• Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information
• Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

11.1 Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. You do not need to fill in a form or contact us, and you do not need to be signed in.

When a GPC signal is present we disable advertising and cross-context behavioural advertising cookies and identifiers for that browser, and we do not forward your activity to third-party destinations for their own use. First-party measurement that we use to run and improve this website is unaffected by GPC; you can decline that separately in the cookie preferences banner.

Because a GPC signal is tied to the browser sending it, you may need to enable it on each browser and device you use. You can verify what is currently in force from the cookie preferences banner on any page.

To exercise any of these rights directly, contact privacy@lynxbe.co.il. We will verify your identity before disclosing or deleting personal information, and we will respond within the timeframes required by the CCPA.

12. EU/UK Data Protection (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process your personal data based on:

• Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the Lynxbe Platform services
• Legitimate interests: Analytics, security monitoring, and service improvement
• Consent: Marketing communications and optional AI features
• Legal obligation: Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

13. Israeli Privacy Protection Law

As an Israeli company, we comply with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. We maintain a registered database in accordance with the law and respect all rights granted to data subjects under Israeli law.

14. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Lynxbe Platform may integrate with third-party services (WhatsApp, Google, Meta, etc.). Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting a notice within the Lynxbe Platform app
• Sending an email notification to account administrators
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
