Original Lynxbe screens show isolated demonstration data. In the phone version, adding a column, setting a filter and saving it use desktop screens labelled Set up on a computer; the other screens are original phone layouts. Creation dialogs and inquiry details belong to the original interface. Contact values are for demonstration. No live board changes, messages or provider actions occur. Pages use their original routes; the full application menu is not captured.

The steps. At your pace.

Before starting: the correct business, CRM create and edit access, and a computer for adding a column and setting and saving the filter. On a phone, open card details to edit and inspect fields. Define what counts as New inquiry, Contacted and Done. Inspect active automations before changing real records.

  1. Start with one goal and a clear board.

Open CRM in the correct business with create and edit access. A lead board retains each inquiry and shows its stage. Check active rules and automations before adding or changing real business records. Choose Create Board, Leads Tracker and the name Example inquiries. Review its columns and create the board. This example enters no Value and assigns no Owner.

  2. Add the first inquiry and check its values.

On the empty board, add Dana Example with Phone +12025550146 and Email dana@example.invalid. Leave status unselected. Enter no Value and assign no Owner. After creation, choose New in Status: use the table cell on a computer, or open the card details on a phone. A compact badge may show new; inspect details for the full stage label and contact values. Do not create a duplicate merely because the dialog closed.

  3. Add the source column and another inquiry.

On a computer, after the first inquiry, choose Add Column, type Text and name Lead source. The phone card list has no Add Column action. Enter Website for Dana through its table cell or the Lead source field in phone card details. Submit with Enter or by leaving the field. Add Noam with +12025550147 and noam@example.invalid; under More fields enter Referral without choosing status in the dialog. After creation, choose New through the table cell or card details.

  4. Define stages, then move one inquiry forward.

Open Status and Edit labels through a table cell on a computer or Dana’s details on a phone. Rename New to New inquiry and In Progress to Contacted, keep Done and remove only Stuck, unused here. Check the existing colors and save. On a phone, close and reopen details to inspect the updated names. Switch to Kanban grouped by Status and drag only Dana into Contacted; on iOS and Android, press and hold first. Noam stays New inquiry. On large boards, check loading or data-limit notices before relying on counts.

  5. Find, filter and save a table view.

Return to Table, which shows a card list on a phone. Search for Dana, then clear search. On a computer, set the regular Status filter to Contacted and save in that same board session: All Items → Save Current View. Enter Contacted inquiries, leave default and sharing options unchecked, and choose Save. The regular filter cannot be set from the phone card list; complete filtering and saving on the computer, then open the view on the phone. Search text and Kanban mode are not saved.

  6. Open it again and verify saving.

On a computer or phone, choose All Items and check both inquiries. Choose Contacted inquiries: the filter returns, showing Dana and hiding Noam without deleting him. Keep search empty. After reloading, open Dana through its row or card and check name, status, phone, email and source Website in details. Return to All Items to check Noam too. An unsaved filter does not transfer between devices. The guide uses isolated records with no messaging or live automations.

Our demonstration result: Example inquiries contains two inquiries. Dana from Website is Contacted; Noam from Referral is New inquiry. Contact details remain saved, and Contacted inquiries shows Dana. These are isolated records.

A filtered view hides records that do not match; it does not delete them. Renaming a status does not move an inquiry. Reload and inspect the same record before creating a duplicate.

The screens and behavior checked.

Checked against Lynxbe screens and source behavior on 15 October 2026. Captures and demonstrations are isolated; this does not prove a live business board change.

Walk through the same board.

A read-only walkthrough. Select a step or use Next. It creates no live board, changes no real customer and sends no message.

Every inquiry. Its next step.

A lead board brings inquiries and their current stages together. Use it to see what is new, who has been contacted and what is still waiting. We create Example inquiries, add Dana and Noam, and move only Dana to Contacted. We then reload and inspect the same inquiry. All records in this guide are isolated demonstration data.

Start with a new board.

Open CRM in the correct business and choose Create Board. Its original dialog opens above the board list. Other choices include Build with AI; this example uses a ready-made template that we configure ourselves. Check that you can create and edit the board. In an existing business, inspect active rules and automations before adding or changing inquiries.

Choose Leads Tracker.

Choose Leads Tracker and enter Example inquiries as Board Name. The template includes Status, Email, Phone, Value and Owner. These are template column names, so they may remain English even in the Hebrew interface. This example uses status and contact details. Do not enter a Value or assign an Owner. Review the name and template, then choose Create.

The board is ready for its inquiries.

After creation, open Example inquiries and check that it is the correct board. The empty screen offers the first item; table headers and Add Column appear afterwards. The board is the workspace structure; an inquiry is an item in it. Creating a board alone does not add leads or connect an external form. Start with Dana, then add a source column.

The board is ready for its inquiries.

After creation, open Example inquiries and check the board name. Add the first inquiry from the empty screen. On a phone, Table displays a card list; select a card to open its details. Add Dana, set up the source column on a computer, then return to editing the details on the phone.

Add the first inquiry.

Open Add Item and enter Dana Example. In Phone and Email, use the displayed demonstration values: +12025550146 and dana@example.invalid. Leave the status selector unselected. Do not enter a Value or assign an Owner. Choose Create and wait for the record. In its table Status cell, choose New; later we rename this stage New inquiry. Lead source is added in the next chapters. These names and contact values are demonstration data.

Add the first inquiry.

Open Add Item and enter Dana Example, Phone +12025550146 and Email dana@example.invalid. Leave status unselected. Enter no Value and assign no Owner. After creation, open Dana’s card and choose New in the Status field in its details. On the phone, edit inquiry fields through the card; the source column is set up on a computer next.

One inquiry. Details you can check.

Check that Dana Example appears once. Review Phone and Email: the phone ends in 0146 and the email is dana@example.invalid. Status is New. 0.00 is the placeholder for an unentered Value; this example enters no deal value. A closed creation dialog alone does not prove saving; the record and its values must appear on the board. If something is missing, inspect that record before creating a duplicate. Next, add Lead source without sending a message or running a broadcast.

Check that Dana Example appears once. Open the card and inspect Phone +12025550146, Email dana@example.invalid and Status New. The compact badge may show the key new; check the full label in details. 0.00 is a placeholder for an unentered Value. Verify the record and its details rather than relying on the dialog closing. Return to the list before continuing.

Make room for the lead source.

After Dana appears on the board, choose Add Column. In the original dialog, select Text and enter Lead source. Text suits the short Website and Referral values used here. Column type determines the value entered and how it is displayed, so choose it before saving. This workflow needs no deal value, owner assignment or financial action.

Set up on a computer. Add Lead source.

This step shows the original desktop screen. The phone card list has no Add Column action. On a computer, after creating Dana, choose Add Column, type Text and name Lead source. Save and check the column exists. Once the column is set up, open Dana on the phone and edit its value in details.

Fill in where Dana came from.

After adding the column, find Lead source in the board headers. On a narrow screen, some columns may be in another part of the table. Adding a column does not fill existing values: open Dana’s empty cell, enter Website and submit with Enter or by leaving the cell. Check Website appears on Dana’s row. Noam is added next with Referral entered in the creation dialog.

After setting up the column on a computer, open Dana’s card on the phone. In details, find Lead source, open the empty field and enter Website. Submit with Enter or by leaving the field, then check the value appears. Adding the column alone does not fill the source. Noam is added next with Referral under More fields. Return to the list afterwards.

Add a second inquiry for comparison.

Add Noam Example using +12025550147, noam@example.invalid and Lead source Referral under More fields. Leave the status selector unselected and create the item. Afterwards choose New in its table Status cell, as with Dana. Two inquiries make it clear what changes when just one moves forward. Do not use real customer details merely to follow the demonstration.

Two inquiries. One board.

Verify both records, their different contact details and their correct sources. Dana is from Website; Noam is from Referral. Both remain at the opening stage. The table holds their details, but stage names should also be clear to the team. Next, rename the stages New inquiry, Contacted and Done without replacing the records or their contact details.

Give the stages clear names.

Open the Status choices and select Edit labels. Rename New to New inquiry and In Progress to Contacted; keep Done. Stuck is unused in our example, so remove it to leave three stages. Keep the existing colors and check their order before saving. Renaming does not move Dana to another stage. In a real board, inspect records and automations using a status before editing or removing it.

Stages are ready. The inquiries remain.

After saving the labels, check New inquiry, Contacted and Done. Verify that both inquiries and their contact and source values remain. They are both still New inquiry. Color helps scanning, while the label explains the stage. Done is a workflow label in this example, not proof of a sale, payment or delivery.

Stages are ready. The inquiries remain.

Reopen Dana’s details and check New inquiry, Contacted and Done. Dana remains New inquiry, as does Noam. The card list may show a status key, so verify the full label in the Status details field. Contact details and sources remain unchanged. Done is a workflow stage rather than proof of a sale or payment.

See the board by stage.

Choose Kanban to see the same inquiries as cards grouped by stage. If there is more than one status or choice column, check the grouping selector. This example uses Status. Wait until loading finishes before reading counts. Large boards can show a limited set with an on-screen notice; a partial count is not a complete business total.

Move Dana forward. Noam stays.

After contacting Dana, drag her card into Contacted; on iOS and Android, press and hold first. Check the card name and destination stage first. The guide shows the board states before and after the status change. After saving, verify Dana under Contacted and Noam under New inquiry. This edits the same record rather than creating a copy. In a real business, status changes may trigger automations; this isolated demonstration sends no messages and runs no provider action.

The same progress. In the table too.

Return to Table and inspect both rows. Dana is Contacted and Noam New inquiry. Names, phones, emails and sources remain unchanged. Kanban and Table are two presentations of the same board; switching views should not create more inquiries. This check connects the moved card to its record values.

Find an inquiry without changing it.

In Search items, enter Dana Example and inspect the matching record. Then clear the search. Searching narrows what you see; it does not delete Noam or change a status. Before saving the next table view, make sure the search field is empty. This workflow does not save search text in the table-view configuration.

Keep the contacted inquiries in view.

Open Filters and choose Contacted for Status. Check that Dana appears and that search is empty. Noam does not match this filter, so the view hides him; he still exists on the board. This is the regular table filter used for our saved view. It is not a broadcast audience, a send action or a change to messaging consent.

Set up on a computer. Filter by stage.

This step is shown on a computer: open Filters and select Status Contacted with search empty. The phone card list does not expose this regular filter bar. Save the view on the computer in the next chapter, then reopen it on the phone too. Noam is hidden by the filter and still exists on the board. This is not a broadcast audience or a change to messaging consent.

Save the way you work.

In the board header, open All Items and choose Save Current View. In Save View, enter Contacted inquiries as View Name. Leave Set as default view and Share with team unchecked, then choose Save. Save while in Table with Status filtered to Contacted and search empty. The saved configuration includes regular table filters, sort, columns and grouping; search text and Kanban mode are not part of it. Open the selector again and check that the new name appears.

Set up on a computer. Save the view.

Complete filtering and saving on the computer in the same board session. In All Items, choose Save Current View, enter Contacted inquiries and leave Set as default view and Share with team unchecked. Choose Save with the filter active and search empty. The saved view can now be opened on a separate phone too. An unsaved filter does not transfer between devices; no duplicate view needs creating on the phone.

Open the view selector and choose All Items. Check that both inquiries return to the table. On the phone, open the selector and choose All Items. Verify that both Dana and Noam appear in the card list. It does not prove a change to a live business board.
